I am currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Customer Service Officer at BancFirst, overseeing the Harrah/Choctaw Market since May 2023. Previously, I held the position of Vice President and Customer Service Officer in the BancFirst Midwest City-Del City Market. Over my 11+ years with BancFirst, I have demonstrated leadership in various roles, including teller, personal banker, branch manager, treasury management, and retail/sales coordinator.
I have completed several professional development programs, including the 2018 Compliance School, the 2020 Operation School, and the 2021 Intermediate School of Banking through the Oklahoma Bankers Association. These programs have provided me with the necessary education to excel in leadership roles within the banking industry.
Outside my banking career, I have been actively involved in community service, notably serving on the Community Impact Committee with the United Way of Central Oklahoma in 2024. This experience has allowed me to engage with numerous community agencies in Central Oklahoma that are dedicated to supporting and uplifting the community. Building these relationships has equipped me with the knowledge to connect individuals in need with organizations that can help improve their lives. My deep empathy and passion for helping others, particularly those facing daily challenges, drive my commitment to making a difference.
As a single mother, I have personally experienced the difficulties of accessing resources, which fuels my desire to assist others in similar situations. My children, Jakob (19) and Haylee (13), are my greatest motivation, and their well-being inspires my dedication to community service. My passion extends to supporting children and families in need, particularly in the areas of education and basic necessities. I currently serve as the Treasurer of Life Changes and Wellness, a non-profit organization based in Spencer, Oklahoma. The organization focuses on supporting children within the Spencer Schools through after-school programs that provide tutoring, mentoring, and meals to those in need. Additionally, I assist with fundraising initiatives, such as events hosted by Coach Sim’s Boxing Academy, to help support these programs.
I also serve as the Treasurer of the Spencer OK Chamber of Commerce, where I am committed to fostering local economic growth by promoting businesses and encouraging community involvement. Our efforts are aimed at revitalizing the City of Spencer, enhancing its visibility, and connecting community members with the resources they need to thrive.
With over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I am dedicated to helping communities thrive and grow. As a mother of four teenagers, I deeply understand the importance of support and development. My journey has included working with military spouses, leading youth programs, and serving as a Development Representative for The Hope Pregnancy Center and Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children. I have also held the role of Director of Operations and Development for the Edmond Youth Sports Association and Hope United.
Currently, I serve as the secretary for The Spencer Chamber of Commerce, where I continue my commitment to community building. In August 2024, I launched Attainable Solutions Group, driven by my passion for nonprofits, small businesses and individuals of influence to have all the resources needed to thrive. I am motivated by my love for people and my unwavering desire to create positive, lasting change.
